A strong portfolio can open doors, but only if it clearly shows what you can do and why it matters. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you improve how your work is presented, whether you are applying for jobs, pitching clients, or building credibility in your field. If your portfolio feels scattered, outdated, or not quite convincing enough, this session gives you practical feedback on how to strengthen it.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to review your portfolio through the eyes of a hiring manager, client, or industry peer. Together, you can assess the quality of your project selection, case studies, storytelling, structure, and presentation, and identify what is missing or not landing. The goal is to leave with clearer direction on how to make your portfolio more focused, more compelling, and more effective at creating opportunities.

My 12 years of impactful experience at Google and Adobe, coupled with an M.Tech from BITS Pilani and an MBA from IIM Lucknow, directly qualifies me to provide valuable career guidance. I've navigated the complexities of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, and large-scale infrastructure management, including AI/ML and Generative AI, from startups to global tech giants. This background equips me with both the technical depth and strategic foresight crucial for navigating the tech industry.
