Having a good portfolio on hand is key for any designer in the job market. Even if you're not looking for a new position right now, having an impressive portfolio that presenty your experience to future potential employers is always good to have.

In this session, a mentor with design and hiring experience will go over your portfolio and give you actionable points on how to improve it. You will be able to follow along and make these changes right away, hopefully leaving you with a top-notch portfolio at the end of the sessions.

As a hiring manager with a decade of experience reviewing portfolios and conducting technical interviews, I've evaluated hundreds of developer portfolios across all levels. I maintain my own up-to-date portfolio and have extensive experience with hiring processes, giving me insight into what both recruiters and technical hiring managers look for.

I regularly conduct portfolio review sessions, typically scheduled during weekday evenings (CET) and weekends to accommodate different time zones. Having mentored at Techlabs and helped many bootcamp graduates build portfolios that landed them their first jobs, I understand the specific challenges faced by those transitioning into tech careers.
