Having a good portfolio on hand is key for any designer in the job market. Even if you're not looking for a new position right now, having an impressive portfolio that presenty your experience to future potential employers is always good to have.

In this session, a mentor with design and hiring experience will go over your portfolio and give you actionable points on how to improve it. You will be able to follow along and make these changes right away, hopefully leaving you with a top-notch portfolio at the end of the sessions.

I’ve spent over 10+ years reviewing product, UX, and design portfolios across startups and Fortune 500 organizations. My feedback focuses less on visual polish and more on how clearly your work communicates decision-making, problem framing, trade-offs, and business impact.

This session is a good fit if you want feedback on:
- How your portfolio tells a product or strategic story
- Whether your work demonstrates strong decision rationale
- Gaps in clarity, prioritization, or outcome alignment
- How your experience is positioned for senior or next-step roles

This is not a pixel-level design critique or implementation review. The goal is to help you strengthen how your work is understood and evaluated.
