Having a good portfolio on hand is key for any designer in the job market. Even if you're not looking for a new position right now, having an impressive portfolio that presenty your experience to future potential employers is always good to have.

In this session, a mentor with design and hiring experience will go over your portfolio and give you actionable points on how to improve it. You will be able to follow along and make these changes right away, hopefully leaving you with a top-notch portfolio at the end of the sessions.

I’m a Principal-level UX leader with over 20 years in human-centered design and a Master’s degree in Human–Computer Interaction. I’ve reviewed portfolios for designers across levels and have hired and mentored talent in complex product environments.

In this session, I focus on structural clarity, signal strength, narrative coherence, and alignment to hiring expectations. You’ll receive specific, actionable feedback you can implement immediately to strengthen how your work is perceived.

This is a focused feedback session, not a full redesign or writing workshop.
