A strong portfolio can open doors, but only if it clearly shows what you can do and why it matters. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you improve how your work is presented, whether you are applying for jobs, pitching clients, or building credibility in your field. If your portfolio feels scattered, outdated, or not quite convincing enough, this session gives you practical feedback on how to strengthen it.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to review your portfolio through the eyes of a hiring manager, client, or industry peer. Together, you can assess the quality of your project selection, case studies, storytelling, structure, and presentation, and identify what is missing or not landing. The goal is to leave with clearer direction on how to make your portfolio more focused, more compelling, and more effective at creating opportunities.

I’m a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer at Amazon with a computer science background and experience across SQL, Python, analytics, dashboards, metrics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making at scale.

I help candidates prepare for Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Engineer, Analytics Engineer, Product Analyst, and other data-adjacent roles. My sessions are practical and interview-focused: we can work on SQL, Python for analytics, metrics/KPI questions, dashboard storytelling, analytics case studies, resume feedback, portfolio projects, and mock interviews.

I’m especially useful if you want help turning technical skills into job-ready interview performance. I can help you structure your thinking, explain tradeoffs clearly, debug weak spots, and practise the kind of business + technical questions that come up in real data roles.
