In this session, a mentor with hiring experience will go over your CV and give you actionable points on how to improve it. You will be able to follow along and make these changes right away, hopefully leaving you with a top-notch CV at the end of the sessions.

Format:
1) Before session review:
- Initial CV Feedback via email (please provide 36 hours before the session)

2) ~30min virtual session:
- Intro
- Hear your pitch -> Answer: 'tell me about yourself'
- Talk through resume and feedback

With 17+ years of experience in the industry, I have worked as a tester, a lead/manager, and as a developer. I have worked on large teams (OneDrive, Power Automate), as well as taking a v1 product from inception to running at a global scale. Delivering interviews, designing systems to work at scale, providing technical guidance, project planning, mentoring engineers, writing code are a few of the things I do regularly.
