Hi, I’m Scott. I’m a Senior UX Researcher and Designer with 10+ years of experience working on complex products and systems with large, cross-functional teams. I’ve worked with companies like Netflix, Johnson & Johnson, and McKesson, across industries including healthcare, finance, and insurance, spaces where good UX work is still in demand.

The UX job market is tougher than it's even been. There’s more competition, higher expectations, and a lot of talk about AI and what you need to know. As a mentor, I help you cut through all of that. I can give you honest feedback on your work, help you think through real problems, and work with you on practical, real-world projects, including how to incorporate AI into your work so that you can tell stronger stories and showcase case studies that will help you stand out to hiring managers.
