About this session

A deep-dive, 45 minute resume audit and red-flag diagnosis designed from a FAANG Hiring Manager's perspective.

Here is how our deep dive works:
• Pre-Session Review: Once you book, please upload your resume to a Google Doc. I will conduct a line-by-line red-flag audit and leave structural comments directly in your document.
• Live Strategy Session (45 mins): We will jump on a live video call to discuss your pain points, dissect the core feedback, and re-architect your professional narrative so it passes ATS and recruiter screens with ease.
• Post-Session Revision: After our call, you will receive one additional round of revisions to ensure your updated resume is fully polished.

*Note: For open-ended career Q&A, please book my AMA session. This dedicated session focuses strictly on high-impact resume and document diagnostics.*

Your mentor

Hi there! I am Liming Liu, Data Scientist at Meta and former DS Manager. Having conducted numerous DS/DA interviews and mentored multiple candidates to land top offers, I specialize in high-pressure, FAANG mock interviews and brutal, pinpoint diagnostics.

Who this is for:
This mentorship is designed specifically for professionals with a 2+ year data background who are ready to put in the reps to land high-paying DS/DA roles. We don't do passive coaching; we execute.

Whether you need comprehensive monthly mentorship or a targeted onsite prep for a Data Scientist / Product Analytics role, I tailor my approach to your pace.

What we focus on:

🎯 Product Sense & A/B Testing Deep Dive: Experimentation framework, metric design and diagnose and trade-offs.
🔥 High-Pressure Mocks: Real-world simulation mirroring actual FAANG hiring committee-level pressure, complete with frame-by-frame critique.
⚙️ Execution & Rigor: Overcoming statistical traps and navigating messy edge cases.
🗣️ Behavioral & Leadership: Rigorous cross-functional conflict, impact storytelling & leadership alignment simulations.
