I am happy to share how I joined Microsoft and Google as software Engineer, grew quickly in both companies starting from Entry level IC at Microsoft to a Senior Engineering manager at Google managing managers, ICs (TLs , Senior and junior engineers).

3) Do you find your self facing difficult situations, need help managing or leading through change, or pivot your teams to a new technology like Gen AI? I am happy to share with you my own experience in both building and using AI based products, building teams & products from scratch, pivoting existing teams, planning OKRS and create a clear vision.
