Looking to learn a new skill? The vast amount of resources on any topic on the internet can feel overwhelming at times. A mentor can give you an overview of worthwhile content, and work with you to create a study plan.

For this session, it is a good idea to know what you're looking to study, how deep you want to go, and when you want to reach that goal. Based on that, a mentor will come up with a detailed study plan.

As a former tech startup CTO, I was responsible for making hiring decisions for many key technical roles at my company. As a mentor to many making a career transition into data science, I've also helped mentees build up GitHub portfolios with data science projects that help them stand out to employers.

In this session, we will jointly review your current strengths and weaknesses, as well as the type of role and industry that you're targeting.

Based on this conversation, I will design a study plan that is tailored to your personal needs, helping you to fill in the gaps in your machine learning or data science knowledge.

After our conversation, I will design a one-page study plan and email it to you within 2-3 days.
