Kateryna has been a fantastic mentor - she is very approachable and available to meet at a range of times. She gives tailored and actionable feedback and always incorporates real examples from her previous experience to help guide with decision making. She has deep experience building and managing teams which was of huge value to me and I would highly recommend her to others.

I'm delighted with the collaboration with Katerina! We began working together two months ago, and I've seen significant progress in that short time.
