It is a chance to get a more expert perspective on what is working, what is not, and how to improve it.
You’ll work with an experienced mentor to break down your work, understand where it is strong, and identify the biggest opportunities to level it up. Together, you can discuss execution, clarity, quality, decision-making, and how the work might be perceived by teammates, managers, clients, or stakeholders. The goal is to leave with sharper feedback, better instincts, and practical next steps you can apply right away.

I’m a Senior UX Researcher with a PhD in HCI and 6+ years of experience at Meta, Google, and EPAM. I’ve reviewed countless research plans, reports, and case studies — helping researchers craft compelling insights that drive product decisions. I usually conduct these sessions on weekday afternoons and early evenings (UK time), but can adjust as needed.
