In this session, a mentor will sit down with you, and give you some inputs to make your work better, be it a code review, inputs on your design, or some inspiration for your project.

This is not a hands-on session! The mentor will not touch code or design your work for you. For something closer to that, book a consultation!

As a hiring manager with a decade of experience, I've provided feedback on various types of work including code reviews, design and UX evaluations, and portfolio assessments. My experience spans reviewing work for frontend, backend, and full-stack positions, from entry-level to senior roles.

I regularly conduct work review sessions, typically scheduled during weekday evenings (CET) and weekends. Having worked as both a software engineer and engineering lead, I can provide actionable inputs from both a technical excellence perspective and a hiring manager's viewpoint.

My approach focuses on giving you actionable inputs and feedback—not doing hands-on work, but providing insights and recommendations you can implement. If your project's scope is too large or you need hands-on assistance, I can direct you to a consultation session instead.
