In this session, a mentor will sit down with you, and give you some inputs to make your work better, be it a code review, inputs on your design, or some inspiration for your project.

This is not a hands-on session! The mentor will not touch code or design your work for you. For something closer to that, book a consultation!

Hi, I have particular expertise in marketplaces, online payments and consumer products, both from the product perspective, but also the technical side (so am happy to talk database design etc).
I'll make the session as productive and constructive as possible, and will follow up afterwards with any useful links/thoughts.

I reached out to Hugo to learn more about what it is like to be in a product leader role so that I can better inform my career goals. Speaking to Hugo was extremely helpful. Having built teams from scratch in multiple companies before, Hugo could give me a very concrete idea of how the challenge changed as he transitioned from an individual contributor role to managing multiple teams and departments, and also how that can vary for different kinds of companies. Hugo was very open and candid in sharing, and I learnt a lot that I wouldn't have if I had just stuck to consuming other more easily available articles / podcasts etc. Hugo was also very easy to talk to. You can feel that he genuinely wants to help. I would highly recommend chatting with Hugo if you need advice about your product career!
