Sometimes the fastest way to grow is to get thoughtful feedback on the work you are already doing. This MentorCruise session is designed to help you review a real piece of work with someone experienced in your field, whether that is a project, presentation, product decision, design, strategy, document, or deliverable. It is a chance to get a more expert perspective on what is working, what is not, and how to improve it.
You’ll work with an experienced mentor to break down your work, understand where it is strong, and identify the biggest opportunities to level it up. Together, you can discuss execution, clarity, quality, decision-making, and how the work might be perceived by teammates, managers, clients, or stakeholders. The goal is to leave with sharper feedback, better instincts, and practical next steps you can apply right away.
Your mentor
I’m a product and UX/UI designer with extensive experience across startups, scale-ups and global organisations, working on digital products, design systems, product strategy and complex user experiences.
I’ve worked across companies and brands including Rolls-Royce, Nike, Salesforce, Mercedes-Benz, Virgin Media O2 and others, and I’ve supported products from early-stage definition through to growth, scale and delivery.
As a mentor, I focus on practical, honest and tailored guidance. Depending on your goals, we can work on portfolio structure, case studies, CV and LinkedIn positioning, personal brand, UX/UI fundamentals, product thinking, stakeholder communication, career direction or preparation for interviews and applications.
My sessions are especially useful if you’re trying to break into UX/UI, move into your next role, strengthen how you present your work, or simply need an experienced outside perspective on what to do next.

How do I pick a time?

Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.
Can I reschedule?
