There’s a moment in your career when everything is comfortable, maybe it even feels safer, you know you built something, but you know that this is not enough anymore.
You’ve been working hard, in a big international company, you’ve built up great teams, collected experiences you used to dream of, maybe even got a few new shiny certifications. And still it's not enough. You catch yourself thinking:
My opinion? You probably are. You just haven’t been shown how to see your full value and potential YET.
When people work with me, one of the first shifts they experience has nothing to do with landing a new job.
It’s that moment when they finally look at themselves and go: “Wait…I actually have a lot to offer".
It sounds small, but it’s a massive turning point: you quit giving your skills for granted.
Because most of us are trained by unprepared leaders to keep our heads down, be humble, say please and thank you and not ask for too much. And that mindset is one of the biggest things holding you back in today’s job market. This is painfully true especially if you're trying to move to a more international environment.
One of the most powerful things people get from coaching, often in the first 2-3 sessions is clarity. Not “I need to update my LinkedIn” clarity. I mean deep, internal clarity, that sounds like:
Having someone ask you the right questions, challenge your assumptions, and help you connect the dots changes how you do everything. That alone is already worth the time/ pain/ money investment.
Clarity is THE ONE THING that gives you back your power. Once you have that, everything else strategy, tools, actions becomes much easier and way more effective.
Most of the people I work with have done a lot. They’ve taken plenty of courses, worked with different teams, solved complex problems, even gone the extra mile on a regular basis, without being asked once. But all these experiences often feel… disconnected.
You look at your CV and it’s just a list of bullet points. Nothing screams: this is who I am, and here’s how I'll make a difference for you now and in the future.
That’s where we do some of the most valuable work together: we pull out the common threads, the hidden strengths, the results that are hiding in plain sight, and we craft a clear, confident, authentic professional story.
A story that makes sense for who you are and ESPECIALLY for where you want to go.
This happens in every single coaching conversation I'm in: at some point, the person in front of me realizes they’ve been severely underestimating themselves.
They’ve been doing great work, getting results, helping teams, building things… but they’ve never really owned any of it. They’ve never asked: “What is this worth? And how do I translate this into a stronger position in the job market?”.
And when we finally get there-when we turn that vague confidence into concrete words, data, stories, and negotiation strategy-something clicks, loudly.
Suddenly they go: “Yes, I can ask for more money, and I must!”. And most importantly: "I never thought about all of this before, never asked myself those questions". See? We all have blind spots.
Another thing that always blows people’s minds? Realizing how much nonsense is out there about hiring processes.
If you’ve ever tried to Google “how to get noticed by recruiters” you’ve probably ended up more confused than when you started.
I'm not surprised, given that most advice out there is either generic, outdated, or just completely wrong.
Here’s some myth busting, from someone who was a recruiter inside large international companies like Booking.com, TomTom, Atlassian (yep, it's me):
Having a coach who’s been on that side of the table gives you a whole new perspective. You start thinking like a recruiter, not like any random candidate. And I was an awful candidate myself before to become a recruiter (for most of my pre-talent acquisition career). So I don't talk at you, I'm in this with you, and I can relate.
Yes, we work on things like your LinkedIn profile, CV, career strategy, interview prep, negotiation, networking.
But the real transformation is internal. It’s in how you start thinking, choosing, and showing up, without staying blocked in your limiting self-beliefs.
Coaching helps you:
And what happens when you combine ALL THIS with a practical, actionable job search strategy?
Results happen. Your LinkedIn starts to show up in searches, interviews come your way even when you didn't apply. Companies treat you differently, you quit sounding needy, one of many.
Listen to that voice, it’s there for a reason and you know it.
You don’t need to waste months trying to send more applications (working with me, actually you'll send way less but you'll obtain way more). As an example, one of my clients improved visualisations by 147% in a few weeks. This translated into a recruiter from Google contacting him for a role, a few days after we finished to revamp his LinkedIn profile (based on all the work we did on his values, objectives, ideal roles/ companies).
You need a strategy, full clarity, and someone like me who gets you and has actually made multiple changes (3 countries, 7 cities, 6+ industries, different roles....). I know what it takes to get there, and that's where we can get you, working as a real team, 1:1, weekly or bi-weekly.
If you're ready to stop downplaying your talent and challenge your old beliefs...
I'm here for that: to listen to you, understand, make you feel safe, make you see your capabilities and help you get to the right role and company, without a gazillion applications and exhaustion.
