Hi, I’m Roberta! With my coaching, you’ll finally land interviews at companies you love, attract recruiters even when you don’t apply, and negotiate a salary that funds the lif…

I can see you!

The quiet atmosphere of July, finally on holiday, but nonetheless on LinkedIn.

Just a look, let me scroll 5 minutes to catch up.

Hard to disconnect when you can’t help but think back at that last rejection. Claude, or Gemini, or whatever, completely revamped your CV, so there’s no way in hell it wasn’t just perfect.

Donna Summer's "This time I know is for real" plays in the background, smell of fresh fruits, your plans for the day are waiting for you.

But still...You matched all the requirements, perhaps you even felt slightly overqualified, but that should be better, right?

Right?

Apparently not, as it took them less than a day to reject you. At least that was fast, with the other dozen applications you sent, it took weeks. It feels like a giant Bermuda triangle is taking over all the job platforms.

Whatever...back to square one.

So...I’ve been a recruiter for almost a decade. And a candidate.

I’ve been ghosted so many times, and so many times I said:

“This is not f*****g possible!!! I wasn’t just good for the job, that job was made for me. It’s basically the description of who I am. Come on!”
- (that's me and probably you too, if you're still reading)

And I’ve been:

📌Applying for jobs abroad until I landed my dream roles

📌Helping candidates prepare for every step of the selection process

📌Leading debriefs and discussions between hiring managers and hiring teams

📌Hearing all the reasons why your CV, interviewing skills, or unexpected mistakes are costing you that opportunity.

Now I get on weekly calls with expats from all over the world: Germany, UK, Saudi Arabia, Italy, you name it, who share the same struggles, and a variety of life and work experiences.

I’ve felt the EXACT same pain of extremely wrong hiring practices:

📌As a candidate myself

📌As a recruiter

📌As a career coach

But I’m all in to share my knowledge and help you see the perspective of the “enemy”, so you get those interviews, offers, and opportunities to choose a role shaped for you…Instead of morphing into yet another unhappy employee.

So let me give you a taste of the 3 most common myths I keep on hearing about...An important part of what's killing your CV and your interview ratio.

Myth #1: Ghosting = you are not good enough

Absolutely not. They need to hire 1 person. Applications can go up to hundreds. There are many criteria hidden behind the job description.

Hiring managers often do not recognize talent or push for something that doesn’t even exist. (Just to say a few things.)

Think about it:

-Hiring freezes are the new normal: it can take weeks before a recruiter is allowed to share official communication with you.

-Hiring teams are slashed in half thanks to AI, poor hiring decisions, and ineffective tools (that are supposed to help but only cause damage).

-Lots of hiring teams do not receive proper hiring training, so bias creeps in easily.

I know way more than this, and ways to go around this. In my coaching plans, I share all with you, unfiltered.

Myth #2: If I apply to more jobs, I’ll get more interviews. It’s logic.

Ehmmmm no. I wish it were like this, well, maybe 20 years ago.

Think about it:

You are a recruiter now. Congrats! Pretend onboading is done, and now start screening, let’s say, the first 50 applications for a role.

What do you see?

-5 to 10 people have exactly the same sentences on their resumes

-They all speak in the same tone (damn, this 3rd person, whyyyyy?)

-They use about the same template

You spot it miles away: it’s the same AI tool that did their resume. Aside from the name on the resume, you barely remember who is who. Your brain switches off.

There’s a lot of:

🆘“cross-functional”...“proven track record”...“impactful”...

Buzzwords that tell you all and nothing. There’s no story or measure or idea, no value.

And the same exact collection of keywords (labeled as a resume) gets sent to countless jobs, because you're tired and guessing that the more you apply, the more interviews you’ll get.

My clients DON'T DO THAT. They:

-Do the necessary pre-work before applying

-Get clear about what they want

-Align roles and companies with their real goals

-They apply for way fewer roles…And get interviews from 2 days to a week after applying.

In just 6 sessions:

My client, a creative multipassionate SW Engineer, went from zero traction to a 30% interview conversion rate, with 6 active opportunities, and counting (3 already past the first stage) at companies across FinTech, travel, and smart tech.

Myth #3: Networking is fishy and hard to do

It can be if your idea of networking is:

Sending a random LinkedIn InMail to anyone at the company with your resume attached, a list of roles, and a request to "get the ball rolling".

Think about it:

-You already know lots of people from your life:

-People who HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON WITH YOU

-People who already have an impression of you

And still, you skip them and knock at random strangers’ profiles to ask for a favour.

Without them knowing anything about you.

Are you REALLY surprised if they don’t respond?

Would you be more prone to help:

-That former university mate you haven’t talked to in 5 years?

-..Or Jack, the guy with a half-empty LinkedIn profile and the vibe: “Hey YOU, refer me”?

Just thinking out loud here.

And this is only the tip of the iceberg.

👉 I got referred for jobs without asking - multiple times.

The ones referring me weren’t unknown recruiters I stalked.

I teach you how to do genuine networking during my coaching plans.
