When I started Chainforce – Tokenomics Consultancy in 2021, I had one clear mission: make blockchain accessible for businesses. Over the past years, our team has helped 135+ clients across 35 countries establishing over $350 million in enterprise value, and I'm incredibly proud of that. Chainforce will continue to grow and innovate in blockchain & tokenization for years to come. We have a strong organization with smart colleagues and an ever bigger team of AI Agents supporting our team and our clients with fully data-driven insights.
The entire AI Agent team handles everything from market research and lead sourcing, to preparing meetings, doing follow-ups, drafting bespoke proposals based on multiple conversations, perform pro-active online research, tracks our competitors, benchmarking, and even manages our contract and invoice reviews.
What started as an experiment about 2.5 years ago to improve internal processes grew into a completely new organizational model → The Agentic Organization, a model that showed me what the next step must be.
