Andrei is one of the best for sure! I started out as a beginner scrum master when I first approached Andrei for his services. His coaching has helped build my own skills as a facilitator and servant leader. With his help, I've learned to effectively work through challenges that scrum teams may face (low level engagement, organization politics, not all the right skillsets on the team, etc). By learning and applying what he's taught me I've learned how to carry myself in conversations with other co-workers, how to address conflicts, and how to foster a great culture with each individual scrum team I work with. Overall, my experience with Andrei has been great!
