I coach from experience. I cofounded Omni, a VC-backed storage and logistics company. We raised $35M+, scaled from 3 to 80+ employees, made it through Series B, and exited to Coinbase in 2019. After that I was the first VP of Product at a Series A construction tech company, Head of Brand and Design at a Series C hospitality company, and earlier in my career I built the creative agency inside Summit Series.
My coaching covers the range of what founders actually face. Growing into the CEO role. Building the team, hiring strategy, and operating cadence that let the company scale beyond you. Navigating fundraising, board dynamics, and the strategic decisions that shape the next stage. Developing the executive identity each stage of the company demands. One area I go especially deep on is cofounder relationships and trust repair, and in two cases that work has saved VC-backed companies from dissolution.
My approach is what I call Mentorship Coaching. A blend of Socratic coaching and hands-on tactical advisory, calibrated to what you actually need in the moment. I draw on 15+ years building and leading companies, 8+ years coaching founders, and a deep toolbox of frameworks and tools I've curated and tested in the field.
