I'm a Berlin-based software engineer with a decade of experience building products and leading teams, mostly in fintech and B2B SaaS. I've taken companies from messy codebases to clean delivery pipelines, helped first-time tech leads find their footing, and advised early-stage founders on their technical direction as a fractional CTO. On top of that I mentor founders at Pioneers Club and speak at tech conferences -- right now mostly on how engineers and teams can navigate the AI shift without losing their edge.
My ideal mentees are engineers who want to grow beyond just writing code, first-time or aspiring tech leads figuring out the people side of the job, and early-stage founders who need a technical sparring partner. I also love working with people who are building something on the side or trying to figure out what their career looks like in a world where AI is changing the rules. I don't do generic advice -- I show up to sessions having thought about your specific situation, and I'll tell you what I actually think, not what sounds nice.
