If you’re a senior QA engineer, SDET, QA lead, or first-time QA manager and you want to grow from executing testing to leading quality, I can help you make that transition deliberately.
I’ve spent 19 years in software engineering and quality assurance. I’m the author of Beyond the QA Interview (Apress / Springer Nature) and write the Software Industry column for ACM SIGSOFT Software Engineering Notes. My current work and research increasingly focus on efficient QA and how AI changes software quality, testing, and verification.
I work particularly well with people facing one of these situations:
• You’re a senior QA or SDET and want to move into QA leadership.
• You’ve recently become a QA lead or manager and need to develop as a leader.
• You need to build a credible QA strategy, operating model, metrics, or automation direction.
