I help founders and product leaders decide where AI actually creates value in their business, and then get it built. I ran a 20-person product org as CPO of Mexico's largest jobs marketplace, and I have spent the last six years building production AI myself: LLM pipelines, conversational agents, automated content operations, an iOS app live on the App Store.
