About

I have worked at Microsoft, Chan Zuckerberg Technology (formed & came out of Meta/Facebook, and has the same founder), Skype, and academic institutions Stanford & Berkeley. I built teams and products in the consumer and enterprise tech, managing data science and ML science teams and leaders to enable data-driven product and business decisions.

I have mentored 50+ data science ICs and managers in Tech, who have grown in their careers and navigated difficult situations with the help of my mentorship. I cover (1) leadership coaching and mentorship, navigating difficult conversations & situations, solving organizational situations to grow in career, (2) how to grow in data science IC and leadership roles, and (3) mock interviews to land data science roles in Tech. I have also mentored many engineers and PMs, who have grown with my mentorship in the topic (1).

Note: In these sessions, I won't be giving regular tutorials and hands-on exercises on data science, ML, and will only be focusing on the above topics. If related to the coaching conversations, I can share external resources for those tutorials.
