I am a seasoned expert and resource in business leadership, early stage funding (Securities law and crowdfunding), relationship management, AI ethics, M&A transactions and valuations services as well as in redemptive-focused missions' advancement, nonprofit development and fundraising.

After many years of practicing business law and litigation, handling dozens of M&A transactions and startup funding rounds, I now serve as a board advisor, fractional CFO/General Counsel for companies and as a fundraising consultant and advisor.

At Landmark Advisors, I have built a boutique advisory firm that provides counsel and capital to small business owners, investors, and family businesses. I use my deep experience to help companies and nonprofits raise money and scale their business models to reach as many possible constituencies as their market allows.

I have provided passionate and incisive legal counsel throughout my career, winning cases, managing litigation, closing transactions and helping my clients achieve success no matter what goals they pursued.

Through my work with the American Cancer Society and elsewhere I have raised in excess of $200 million in planned gifts, major gifts and through capital and annual giving campaigns.

In 2023 and 2024, I have been pursuing my passions around helping innovators on the cutting edge of technology, medical advancement, in food and nutrition and with mission-driven projects that serve people across many different pursuits built on their own faith and clarity of purpose.
