Hi! I'm Ankita. I'm a Senior HR Business Partner at AWS, where I spend my days partnering with VPs and engineering leaders to solve messy, real-world people problems across EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
Over the past 15 years, I've done a bit of everything: scaled teams across countries, designed workforce strategies for global orgs, built leadership programs from scratch, and figured out how to make HR actually matter at the table.
