Hello there, I'm Sophie, a Career Coach & Product Manager.

I'm originally from Germany and moved to London in 2013, where I've worked for over 10 years now. In 2022 my job got a bit boring and I decided to take part in a Data Science BootCamp to challenge myself and get deeper into the tech world. I mainly work on B2C Products (the most recent one I worked on as Product Lead had 34 million users). I'm also a Professional Fellow with the World Economic Forum where I research how Fortune 500 companies are planning on adopting GenAI. My most recent paper is on the use of responsible AI.

My mentees are usually expats who are either looking to get started in the tech world or are looking to transition into tech. My mentoring style is focused on conversation and asking focused questions, usually with 1-2 small tasks to complete before our next session.
