Great agile squads don't sprout overnight. It takes time and dedication to shape such teams. As an engineering manager, I thrive to provide the context to facilitate the process as well as give space to individuals to expand their knowledge, gain experience and blossom at work. It is a strong belief of mine that we will all enjoy our day more if we give each other credit and are happy at work.
I have been in the software industry for 10 years and I have worked at multiple scales, from my own company to Microsoft and various start-ups in between. My various experiences now help me scale-up Tech & Product teams.
