Hi there! I'm Beijie (pronounced Bei-gee), a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, and I'm excited to help you reach the next stage of your career. With 8 years of experience in software engineering and a deep passion for mentoring and guiding others, I bring technical expertise, thoughtful feedback, and a collaborative spirit to everything I do.

Before joining Microsoft, I was a SDE II at Amazon Web Services, supporting a high-impact, internal distributed systems that had 2 million daily calls. Over the years, I’ve conducted more than 20 technical interviews for work and over 50 mock interviews (on other platforms), giving me a solid understanding of what it takes to succeed in today’s tech industry. The folks I helped out landed offers at places like Google, Snapchat, Stripe, and more! I earned my degree in computer science from the University of Maryland, College Park, and bring a strong foundation in problem-solving and software development.
