I’ve spent my life around business. I grew up in a small, family-run lumber company, helping at the counter long before I knew what a P&L was. That early exposure shaped how I see work today: business is built by people solving real problems together, and it only works when trust and accountability are shared.
I’m particularly interested in how teams function: how leadership and staff work together, how systems either support or undermine good people, and how small structural changes can prevent big problems. In prior roles, I’ve worked across industries, helping improve cultures, rebuild brand identity from the ground up, and translate vision into execution through practical, people-centered approaches.
I enjoy learning from other entrepreneurs and leaders, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and why. Success is never a solo effort, and the best outcomes come from clear thinking, honest conversation, and shared responsibility.
