Currently I am on a career break and would like to give back to the engineering leaders community. I have 20+ years of experiences leading engineering teams and projects effectively and successfully. In my careers, I observed many engineering leaders struggling in leading their teams without mentorship from more experienced leaders. I have developed a strategy in helping leaders to build their own leadership based on their own strength. We achieve this by exploring 7 topics area "People leadership", "Technical Leadership", "Strategic thinking", "Relationship management", "Strength & Achievement", "Personal care" and "Challenges in real world".
