During my tenure at SAP, I ideated and launched an NLP Voice of the Customer and an IoT platform. Both established new industry standards and expanded into a number of industry verticals. At Cognizant, I transformed a rapid digital product innovation practice, turning it into a key driver of strategic innovation and revenue for Cognizant's clients.
