Working with Daniel over the past few weeks has been pretty much transformational. I'm honestly surprised how few sessions and time was necessary to have a massive impact on how we "do" Product in our company now. Can't recommend him highly enough. As a co-founder of a growing bootstrapped startup-up we mostly operated on gut-feeling and intuitiion. Up until this point it had worked but we started seeing the downsides of that as we're getting into the next phase of growth (including more engineers and generally being more people, not just the founders). Daniel really helped me zoom out to make sure we tackle the right problems in the right way, rather than doing the thing that happened to be top of mine.
