Feedback on anything - In my experience, it can be helpful to have someone with a fresh perspective look at your existing company setup, software architecture, or anything else. Pick what you are interested in, and I can provide a set of fresh eyes and valuable feedback, suggestions, or even help you set up an improvement plan. Some areas that are mostly requested are:
- Tech strategy - Choices you have made so far? Your future plans? What to be aware of? Will this scale? Are you on the right path?
- Company culture - How to create a motivating culture with a tech product focus? What motivates engineers and developers? How to create a culture that utilizes the best of each person?
