Over the past decade, I have transformed my career from being an unemployed immigrant in America to leading a team of over 25 Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Software Engineers at Square, one of the world's leading fintech companies. I hired and grew my team from 3 to 25 people, helped 7+ people get promoted, and mentored several junior and senior people in the industry.

I'm a patent holder, advisor to startup, angel investor and speaker at Data and AI conferences. I've also co-founded my own AI startup. I have successfully navigated many career transitions and guided many others through similar journeys.

I'm very passionate about mentoring and giving back to the community. During COVID-19, I posted on Linkedin to provide mentorship for charity purposes and coached more than 50+ people in less than 30 days. At Square, I formed a new Mentorship Circle program which was a huge success and several people at all levels benefitted from that program.
