Hey there! I'm Dina and I spent the last decade across Operations, Customer Experience, Regulatory Compliance at Meta (previously known as Facebook). In my last role, I led a large team of Program Managers within the Regulatory Risk organization in EMEA. I wore multiple hats and started my journey first as individual contributor, then program manager, and finally people manager. Throughout these roles, I’ve accumulated a wealth of experience hiring, coaching and leading teams, in the risk and operations department.
At Meta, beyond coaching my own team on day-to-day, I am also part of EMEA women mentorship program and always happily helped my peers navigating their career.
