Dorota Gordon

I’m the founder of PeopleVy, a global People & Operations consultancy born out of the United Kingdom.

With years of hands-on experience in fast-growing start-ups, I know what it takes to build teams, scale operations, and create workplaces where people and businesses succeed together.

I work with founders to help them launch and grow their start-ups, often as part of acceleration programs, making sure they have the right people strategies in place to scale without breaking.

Over the years I've also helped leaders build strong, engaged teams, navigate tough challenges, and step into their full potential to allow them to accelerate their careers.

My coaching is for anyone who wants to level up, whether you’re a founder looking to scale with confidence or a professional ready to make a bigger impact in leadership, people, or operations. I don’t believe in generic advice, I work with you to build real strategies that get the results you are looking for.

Outside of work, I’m a mum to a 5-year-old boy and a crazy cocker spaniel. In my spare time, you’ll probably find me at the gym, traveling to new places, scuba diving or horse riding!
