My name is Erifili, I’m 24 years old and I’m the Founder and CEO of The Z Link, a global Gen Z-led social media agency, market research firm, and consultancy that helps brands connect with our generation of digital natives. I'm part of Forbes 30 Under 30 in two categories (Marketing & Youngest).

I’m super passionate about helping others with personal branding, entrepreneurship, content creation, and social media strategy! I've helped fellow founders improve their personal brand and use it to get free press features (I've been featured in Business Insider, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and a lot more, without ever paying for press) and I love to help others follow the same steps to access opportunities.

I started my company, The Z Link, at the age of 20 as a solo founder with no funding at all, and it has now grown to a team of over 20 talented people around the world. We’ve worked with clients such as Pepsi, IKEA, Deloitte, and Hearst, collaborated with the United Nations, and launched a global community of over 18,000 members.

I'm also the author of Design Your Life: Your Career, Your Way, published worldwide by Kogan Page. It's an actionable guide for anyone who wants to use all the resources and tools that we have at our disposal to build a career path that provides them with freedom, flexibility, and ownership.
