Hi!

My name is Esther and I regard myself as a passionate for innovation and entrepreneurship. I studied chemistry and made my PhD in organic chemistry because I love science since I was a child and I´ve always wanted to contribute to a better world through research and innovation. With my academic background, I started working as innovation consultant in 2011 and then is when I became in love with the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

In 2014, together with a team of amazing professionals, we founded our startup called Gnanomat and it was one of the most exciting and fruitful professional experiences of my career. Gladly, we can say that Gnanomat was a successful startup and it was sold to Versarien Plc, a UK-based leading group in the graphene market.

I wanted to share my experience with other entrepreneurs, so in 2016 I founded my own consultancy firm, Idearist and since then I´ve helped more than 40 startups to raise more than €35 million funding and to turn their innovative ideas and R&D projects into successful businesses. I also collaborate with various accelerator programs as startups mentor, always with the goal of helping other entrepreneurs to realize their dreams.
