I’ve spent my career scaling products and teams across industries like Fintech, Fitness, Media, and Connected TV, with roles at Smallpdf, Fiit, Discovery, Eurosport, GCN, Skiddle, and Paytrix. I’ve worked hands-on as a Staff Engineer and previously as an Engineering Manager, giving me a perspective that bridges technical depth with people and organizational growth.
Outside of work, I’m an organizer of international tech communities and events, which keeps me close to industry trends and connected to how developers grow beyond the workplace. I also speak at conferences and run workshops on topics like scaling frontends, observability, monetization, and career development.
