Francesco has been a big help during the mentorship, he understand my position and take action from day 1. Helped me a lot to pursue my goals and made sure that I kept motivation high with lots of activities to work on. I wouldn't hesitate to reach him out! Definitely one of the best mentors I've ever had

Francesco has been a great mentor and has laid out in front of me the path to become a ML engineer starting from the very basic. He's clearly extremely knowledgeable in his craft but also very attentive to your needs, he checks on you periodically to make sure everything's all right and he's also very responsive. Highly recommended =)

Francesco reviewed my resume and provided suggestions for the plan + priority for filling the skill gaps I have. Everything we discuss is noted in Google Doc, and Francesco provided me with some learning resources that I can do by myself already. For the hands-on stuff that is hard to learn by yourself (e.g. large-scale system design), we make plan to practice around it. Francesco is a very knowledgeable ML Engineer and knows basically the forefront technologies given experieces at Amazon and Google. As a person, his personality is also wonderful :-)
