Hi, I’m Gautham! I have 9+ years of experience working in the Bay Area as a software engineer and engineering manager across multiple companies! I discovered my passion for mentorship as an engineer, but I really spread my wings when I switched to an engineering management position at Workday. During my time there, I spent many years interviewing engineers of all levels, engineers considering the transition into management, and external management candidates looking to take a management position within the company.
This is where I understood the value of psychological safety in a workplace, organization, and team. I’ve worked with various cross functional stakeholders to build great engineering cultures and establish trust amongst the team.
