Hi, I’m Giles! I’m a CX/UX Leader, Product Designer, Coach and Mentor, based in Portugal and the UK, with 25+ years’ experience working in start-ups, scale-ups, consultancies, tech incubators, research studios, universities and corporate enterprises including FTSE/Fortune 100 companies in Asia, Europe, the UK, and the USA. I’m passionate about helping individuals, teams and organisations find human-centred opportunities for growth. I’m a strong, well-rounded leader and practitioner with significant expertise across strategy, research, design, execution, team building and 1-to-1 mentoring. I draw from my extensive career working at the Royal College of the Art, Central Saint Martins, HSBC, Capco, American Express and the numerous organisations I’ve had the privilege to work in.
