As a business leader with over 25 years of experience in UX and innovation I’ve had the privilege of guiding countless new and aspiring designers and leaders to realise their full potential.
My journey has taken me through prestigious educational institutions like Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art, as well as diverse company environments ranging from innovative start-ups to FTSE/Fortune 100 companies across Asia, Europe, the UK, and the USA. Along the way, I’ve developed approaches that provide clear, actionable steps for career growth and advancement in UX.
Currently, I work as the CXO at Ateaya and as a startup/scaleup advisor, fractional leader and coach at Urban Feedback, where I continue to shape the future of user experience.
