As the VP of Product and Engineering at Worksome, I lead the strategy and delivery of our sourcing, contracting and payments platform for enterprise companies that rely on highly skilled freelancers and consultants. I have over 14 years of experience in product management, strategy, design, and data science, working with start-ups, scale-ups, and Fortune 500 companies across various industries and domains.
My mission is to create impactful and user-centric solutions that solve real-world problems and generate value for customers and stakeholders. I leverage my deep understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle, data-led product development, and team management and scaling to drive innovation and growth. In a previous life, I was a neuroscientist working at the intersection of emotional decision making, game theory, and behavioural economics, which gives me a unique perspective and skill set to tackle complex and ambiguous challenges.
