Startups don't starve, they drown. They fail because they work on the wrong things, in the wrong order, for too long.
If you're a founder or operator at a Seed to Series A company, you're probably drowning in priorities, fielding conflicting advice, and short on time to make the bets that actually move the needle. Knowing what to work on and getting to the right answer fast is the difference between scaling efficiently and burning cash while spinning your wheels.
That's where I come in.
I've started multiple businesses and worked inside many Seed and Series A companies as both a founder and an operator so I've seen the traction-to-scale journey from many angles. Over the past decade I've founded two venture-backed startups and been a commercial leader or advisor to many more going from traction to scale ($1–10M).
Currently I'm the Co-Founder at Leafr, the leading global marketplace for sustainability consultants, where I built the commercial engine applying AI to scale supply and demand simultaneously without compromising quality, driving 40% QoQ growth and a 45% repeat-client rate. Before that I was Head of Revenue & Ops at Grain (post-Series A; Tiger Global, Slack, Zoom), where I grew weekly demos 400% and the customer base 50% in six months; Fractional CRO at Pibox; and growth advisor to teams like Kitchn and TwoPlus. I've worked across SaaS, Climate, E-commerce, Supply Chain, MusicTech and HealthTech.
I help founders and operators:
- Build go-to-market systems that actually scale (PLG, SLG, hybrid)
- Fix pricing and packaging so deals close faster and margins rise
- Create sales and CS playbooks your team will actually use
- Plug funnel leaks and lift conversion at every stage
- Forecast revenue properly so you're not flying blind
- Cut operational drag so the team moves faster with less
My style: operator-level urgency, founder-level empathy, and straightforward action plans that get results.
If you're ready to cut through the noise, move faster, and build something that works, book an intro call and tell me the single biggest challenge you're facing.

When starting out, we were looking for guidance in setting new pricing for our B2B SaaS company. Quickly after starting to speak with Gus, I understood, that as pricing is maybe the most important factor in setting your business up for growth, he will be able to help us with our overall approach for GTM and even product priorities. Gus is empathic, extremely sharp, focused and was able to quickly understand our situation and give great advice. He was a key part in setting our new pricing and GTM strategy over the last months and there was not a single meeting where I didn't leave with a great insight that I couldn't wait to implement in my day-to-day work!

I'm incredibly thankful to Gus for his mentorship over the past few months. His guidance has been instrumental in shaping my approach to growth marketing. Before working with Gus, I often felt overwhelmed by growth challenges. I had a tendency to jump between different initiatives, or take on too much at a time, which ultimately hindered progress. Gus instilled a valuable sense of discipline in me. He taught me the importance of focusing on one strategic growth lever at a time, and how this laser focus could truly propel us forward. Within a short period, I've learned a tremendous amount about growth marketing best practices, from him sharing his domain expertise to invaluable insights on leading a growth team. His willingness to share his knowledge so generously has undoubtedly accelerated my own growth as a new leader. I highly recommend Gus' mentorship to anyone looking to take their growth marketing skills to the next level. You won't regret it!
