I'm a highly skilled and experienced UX professional with over 15+ years of commercial experience across applied Research, Design, Strategy, Behavioural Science and Leadership. I currently lead and manage a team of designers and researchers at one of the world's largest BioTech and health companies. I've also worked across Telco, Finance, Agency & all sorts of weird and wonderful projects. I have a background in HCI, Behavioural Psychology, & Behavioural Health Psychology including applied AI, statistics and novel HCI applications such as new design modalities including voice and conversational design. I enjoy mentoring, discussing theory, helping people plan their careers and fiddling with those pesky stats!
