I’ve spent 20+ years driving enterprise transformation to product-centric models, embedding AI into operations and customer-facing technology, and delivering global-scale distributed systems and platforms. My career spans engineering, product management, UX, data engineering, and general management. Along the way, I’ve built hardware systems like storage arrays, server racks, and SSDs (including AWS Nitro SSD), and the distributed platforms behind Amazon’s e-commerce site.
At Amazon and Google, I founded and scaled engineering, product, and UX organizations, managing budgets up to $XXX million and enabling revenues of $XX billion. I’ve led organizational change, shifted teams toward customer-focused strategies, and operationalized AI to deliver measurable results.

Ivan is an exceptional coach. I really enjoyed working with him over the course of 6+ months. He's refreshingly direct, gives stellar feedback, and works well with async/written asks for input (which is ideal for me). He is also a great person, who is committed to high quality coaching and mentorship. He has helped me navigate a variety of topics: my own career growth; a difficult, high-stakes management situation; my approach to professional relationships; and more. I’d like to express my appreciation for Ivan’s outstanding mentorship.
