I’ve spent 20+ years driving enterprise transformation to product-centric models, embedding AI into operations and customer-facing technology, and delivering global-scale distributed systems and platforms. My career spans engineering, product management, UX, data engineering, and general management. Along the way, I’ve built hardware systems like storage arrays, server racks, and SSDs (including AWS Nitro SSD), and the distributed platforms behind Amazon’s e-commerce site.
At Amazon and Google, I founded and scaled engineering, product, and UX organizations, managing budgets up to $XXX million and enabling revenues of $XX billion. I’ve led organizational change, shifted teams toward customer-focused strategies, and operationalized AI to deliver measurable results.

Ivan is an exceptional coach. I really enjoyed working with him over the course of 6+ months.
