In my current role as Head of Web Development at Hyve, I guide a team of engineers through modernizing and automating deployments, integrating custom CMS solutions, and ensuring robust security measures. My leadership extends from technical decision-making to mentoring and career development, as I regularly conduct code reviews, one-on-ones, and performance assessments. Prior to this, I served as a Senior Front-End Developer and Front-End Developer, spearheading projects in headless CMS setups, scalable APIs, and full-stack integrations that drive significant revenue.
