Hi, I'm Jane! I went from software engineer to Director of Product, and I help people make that same climb.
Today I lead platform, AI, and integrations product at a B2B SaaS company. That means AI products (from AI reporting and assistants to agents and an MCP server) and integrations with 10+ enterprise systems. I manage a team of Product Owners and work with ~20 engineers and designers.
I didn't take the traditional path into product. I started as a software engineer, moved into integrations and technical implementation, and worked my way from implementation specialist to team lead to PM, Senior PM, and now Director.
